Sliding doors are equipped with heavy duty four-wheel hangers, box track, and mortise-type cylinder locks. |

Standard
doors are 3' wide with 6"-11" high opening equipped with mortise-type
cylinder locks. Transoms are provided for partitions higher than 7 ft. When ordering specify the position of the door. Looking at the key side follow the sketch to determine the position of door.

Service Windows

Standard service windows are provided in a 2ft wide panel and equipped with shelf and a pair of positive lockable slide bolts. |

| Partitions extending above
15 feet high must be double stacked. This requires using 2-1/2" x 5/16"
intermediate flat bar post between panels. To specify double stacking panels use standard
part number followed with "D" i.e. KP510D

| Specifications: NO. 400A MESH: 10 gauge steel wire woven into 1-1/2" diamond mesh, securely clinched to frames. VERTICAL FRAMES: 1/14" x 5/8" cold rolled "C" channel with 1/4" bolt holes 14" on center. HORIZONTAL FRAMES: 1" x 1/2" channel with all joints mortised and tenoned. CENTER REINFORCING BAR: (2) channels 1" x 1/2" riveted toe to toe TOP CAPPING BAR: 1-1/2" x 1" cold rolled channel with 1/4" "U" bolts 2' 4" on center. CORNER POSTS: 1 -1/4" x 1-1/4" angle with 1/4" bolt holes to match partition. SLIDING DOOR FRAMES: 1-1/2" x 3/4" channel banded with 1 -1/2" x 1/8" flat bar. Each door to have 2 four-wheel hangers, box track. and bottom channel guide. HINGED DOOR FRAME: 1 -1/4" x 1/2" x 1/8" channel banded with 1 - 1/4" x 1/8" fla bar 1-3/8" x 3/4" x 1/8" angle welded to lock side. 1-1/2" pair butt hinges bolted to door and transom bar. LOCKS: Doors are equipped with special mortise type cylinder locks operated from outside with key. FINISHES: One shop coat gray tan, black or green enamel paint. SWEEP SPACE: 3-1/2" under all partitions and doors. FLOOR SOCKETS: 2" high cast iron with set screw adjustment. TAPERED POST: Tapped3/16" Steel Plate. Bolted to partition and anchored to floor with 3/87" expansion bolts required one every 15 to 20 lineal feet of partition. MISC: All bolts, hardware, and accessories for complete installation to be included. |
