Wire Mesh Partitions
» Mesh: #10 gauge steel wire woven into 1 1/2” diamond mesh pattern, securely clinched to frames.
» Vertical Frames: 1 1/4” x 5/8” roll formed 12 gauge “C” channel with 1/4” bolt holes for fastening to adjacent panels.
» Horizontal Frames: 1” x 1/2” x 1/8” steel channel, with all joints mortised and tenoned.
» Center Stiffeners: (2) 1” x 1/2” steel channel riveted toe to toe
» Top Capping Bar: 2 1/4” x 1” steel channel with 1/4” “U” bolts 2’-4” O.C.
» Corner Post: 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” angle with 1/4” bolt holes to match partition.

Doors
Hinged Door Frames: 1 1/4” x 5/8” x 1/8” channel banded with 1 1/4” x 1/8” flat bar. 1 3/8” x 3/4” x 1/8” angle, welded to lock side, 1 1/2 pair butt hinges bolted to door and transom bar.

Sliding Door Frames: 1 1/2” x 3/4” channel banded with 1 1/2” x 1/8” flat bar. Each door to have 2 four-wheel hangers, box track, and bottom channel guide.

Locks: Doors are equipped with special mortise type cylinder locks operated from outside with key, recessed knob inside. Padlock hasps are also available.

Floor Sockets: 2 ½” high cast iron with set screw adjustment.

Steel Post: 1” x 2” Steel tube. Bolted to partition and anchored to floor with 3/8” expansion bolts. Required one every 15 to 20 lineal feet of partition.

Sweep Space: 3 1/2” under all partitions and doors.

Finishes: One shop coat gray, tan, black, blue or green enamel. Hot dip galvanizing and powder coated finishes also available.

Miscellaneous: All bolts, hardware, and accessories for complete installation to be included.

Service Window
24” wide by 18” high opening with shelf. Slide up window provided with spring catches. Installed in standard 2’ wide panel.

» Horizontal Frames: 1” x 1/2” channel, with all joints mortised and tenoned.
» Center Reinforcing Bar: (2) channels 1” x 1/2”, riveted toe to toe
» Corner Posts:
1 1/4” x 1 1/4” angle with 1/4” bolt holes to match partition.
» Steel Post: 2” x 1” post bolted to partition and anchored to floor with 3/8” expansion bolts. Required on every 15 to 20 lineal feet of partition.
